I discovered this oil at a market in Holt and was delighted to do so. The balsamic oil is superb and probably the best I have tasted as is the olive oil, so good with fresh bread.
Also such a great story from the owner about the farm.
I now get this via post and the service is as good as the oil.
Highly recommended all round.

Description

Made from Korinthian grapes which are dried and fermented turning into a dark vinegar base. The Balsamic is aged for two years in wooden cask barrels before being bottled, giving it is rich tangy taste.

Available in 250ml bottles.
