2. Orders & Payment

• Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
• Order confirmation is sent via email.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by location.
• Shipping delays beyond our control do not qualify for compensation.

4. Returns & Refunds

• You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
• Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

5. Use of Our Products

Our olive oil is intended for personal, non-commercial culinary use. Commercial resale without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Oil Tree UK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
